It is with great sadness that we learned today of the sudden death of our esteemed friend and Branch Committee member, John Moloney.
John was a highly valued stalwart of the Kildare Branch Committee for many years and made a significant contribution to the running of the Branch. We will miss the generous wisdom and common-sense approach which he willingly offered.
We offer our sincere condolences to Ruth with whom he shared a love of boating on the Shannon and to his wider family. John will be in our thoughts and prayers for a long time to come.
As a mark of respect to the memory of John, the IWAI Kildare AGM scheduled for Thursday 16th November has been postponed and will be rescheduled to a later date.
