MARINE NOTICE No. 18 of 2025
Waterways Ireland wishes to inform vessel masters and waterway users that the Greenway from the 12th Lock to Hazelhatch (north bank) will be closed from 3rd March 2025 for approximately four months to facilitate important development works.
This closure is a key step in enhancing the Greenway, ensuring it provides a safe, high-quality, and enjoyable route for walkers, cyclists, and other users. Once complete, the improved Greenway will offer an even better experience for all.
Waterways Ireland thanks all users for their cooperation and looks forward to welcoming you back to an upgraded Greenway soon!
