Waterways Ireland has submitted further information (FI) documents for the Barrow Maintenance 5-Year Plan to the Planning Departments at Carlow, Kildare and Laois County Councils.
The Planning Applications are as follows:
Carlow No 2460026 FI Docs Received: 11/12/2024 Submissions Due: 23/01/2025 Decision Due: 13/02/2025
Kildare No 2460093 FI Docs Received: 29/11/2024
Laois No 2460049 FI Docs Received: 29/11/2024 Decision Due: 01/02/2025
The Planning Department websites are being updated – they will have both the original documents, all the submissions received to date and the latest FI documents. We will add the missing dates here, when available.
New Newspaper and Site Notices will follow.
When making a further submission, note:
…. no fee shall be payable if a submission or observation is accompanied by a copy of the acknowledgement from the Planning Authority of the original submission/observation. Failure to furnish a copy of either the signed acknowledgement or the appropriate fee will result in your submission/observation being deemed invalid and returned to you. (No fee payable if a Prescribed Body).
The new documents have FI in their title.
