Reminder:
Further submissions to the Barrow 5-Year Plan from Waterways Ireland are due with each of the County Council’s Planning Departments by January 23rd 2025.
The Planning Numbers are:
Carlow CC Planning Dept Planning Number 2460026
Kildare CC Planning Dept Planning Number 2460093
Laois CC Planning Dept Planning Number 2460049
When making a further submission, note:
“…. no fee shall be payable if a submission or observation is accompanied by a copy of the acknowledgement from the Planning Authority of the original submission/observation. Failure to furnish a copy of either the signed acknowledgement or the appropriate fee will result in your submission/observation being deemed invalid and returned to you. (No fee payable if a Prescribed Body).”
The new documents have F.I. in their title.
