Waterways Ireland wishes to advise masters and owners of vessels that the swim element of the above event will take place at Athlone on Sunday 07 July 2019 between 1400 hrs and 1700hrs.
The navigation at Athlone will be closed between 1400 and 1700hrs.
Masters are requested to proceed at slow speed and with minimum wash when approaching this section of the navigation and heed any instructions issued by the event marshals.
Waterways Ireland thanks its customers for their cooperation in this matter.
